RETURN POLICY

Please note that all used items are sold as is, and all sales are final. To ensure your satisfaction and the quality of the products we offer, every item in the used equipment section is tested by an experienced technician prior to being shipped. We strongly recommend that you read the product’s description, and other related product literature such as specification sheets and product manuals before placing your order.

CART POLICY

Items in the used section are sold on first come, first serve basis. Placing an item in the shopping cart doesn’t guarantee a “hold” on the item. Once the order is placed, we put a hold on the item. In an unfortunate event, if the item is sold before we manage to put a hold on it, our customer care team will contact you, and will offer a replacement.

WARRANTY POLICY

All items come with a three-month warranty unless stated otherwise. If the warranty is honored by the manufacturer, it will be noted in the description of the item.
