The True TRCB-96 Chef Base is a four-drawer chef base with a surface that can accommodate 1434 lbs of culinary equipment. Three full-size meal pans can be stored in each chilled drawer in the base. (Food pans are available separately) Chef bases serve as work surfaces as well as refrigerators. The top is made of one piece of strengthened stainless steel with a "V" edge to prevent spills. The insulated top prevents heat from transferring to the cabinet interior.
