The interior is constructed of a clear-coated aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor with coved corners to make cleaning easier. Cold air is trapped inside the cabinet because it is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, and its stainless steel doors have 12-inch-long recessed handles that are locked permanently in place with a sheet metal interlock.The True TSSU-36-08-HC prep table's top lid and hood are insulated to keep cold air in. This appliance comes with eight sixth-size pans and a self-contained, factory-balanced refrigeration system that maintains a fixed temperature of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. With a self-lubricating fan motor and epoxy-coated evaporator, airflow is properly dispersed across the cabinet and pan area.The condensing coil is kept clean by a reverse condensing fan motor, which extends the unit's lifespan. When the compressor starts up, the fan blows in reverse, clearing the coil of dirt, debris, and dust. This function does not take the place of regular maintenance.
