Designed to be used in 3 different ways, either to rinse, drain and store. Allows in a safe manner to drain fruits/vegetables, defrost meat or store/display your seafood on the ice, as the liquids drain into the food pan below. Specifically designed to reduce cross contamination and keep the freshness longer.The 3” deep full size colander simply lifts above of the food pan.
