The APW RW2V 7 Quart Round Countertop Food Warmer's energy-efficient design keeps food hot and at the optimal serving temperature. Its heating element, which surrounds the sides to evenly transfer heat throughout the machine, successfully retains hot dishes, soups, and sauces at a steady temperature above 140oF. The warmer is completely insulated, protecting both the inside components and the surfaces from excessive heat. Both the interior and exterior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. The thermostatic control adjusts between low, medium, and high temperatures and can be used with water (the best option) or without (no harm to the warmer). The warmer's control and cord are positioned on the rear.
