In commercial kitchens, having an under-counter refrigerator to keep perishable items for convenient access is advantageous since it provides additional workspace, especially in small spaces. True's TUC-72-ADA-HC is an insulated refrigerator with colder product temperatures, fewer energy expenses, and superior food safety. Furthermore, this model uses the R290 refrigerant, which has no ozone depletion potential and produces less global warming.
This unit includes three stainless steel doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature and six heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves that are adjustable. High-density polyurethane insulation is used to foam-in-place the entire cabinet frame and solid doors. The interior, which has an aluminum lining, and the exterior, which has a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, are also made of stainless steel.
