The unique stainless steel foam insulated cover keeps pans cooler and fresher for longer. Maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. Breathing from the front. The back hood is detachable. A removable cutting board that is extra wide and long (reduced width on mega tops). Casters are now standard. 36" height work surface Pans for top inserts are included. Preparation on the Countertop (TUC) Worktable with a refrigerator but no backsplash. Undercounter applications are ideal. TUC is available in both freezer and non-freezer versions. A three-year parts and labor warranty is included. The compressor comes with a 5-year warranty.
