The True GDM-35-HCTSL01 glass door refrigerated merchandiser has a clean, white appearance that will not peel or chip. Customers can see the products through the glass swing door, and the internal lighting illuminates them even more. This door features double-pane thermal glass that keeps heat out by reflecting UV light, and the cabinet is fully insulated with high-density polyurethane foam for added strength.
Because the evaporator and condenser motors create a more steady volume of airflow, it creates less heat and consumes less energy. Conditions are evenly maintained from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit because the refrigeration system is balanced, guaranteeing the product is kept at food-safe temperatures. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used in the True GDM-35-HCTSL01 glass door refrigerated merchandiser.
The reverse condensing fan motor keeps the condensing coil clean to maintain appropriate product temperatures. The fan blows backward for 20 seconds after the compressor starts to clear the coil of dirt, dust, and debris. For the best benefits, routine preventative maintenance should be conducted in conjunction with this feature.
