The pizza prep series features a powerful forced-air refrigeration system that maintains cold, consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet and behind the pan rail. For better temperature control, enhanced energy efficiency, and top-of-the-line performance, this model also includes a digital controller and temperature read-out. With a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, rounded door edges, and a recessed door handle, the C-PP67 is both attractive and functional. The roomy 20 cu/ft interior comes equipped with two adjustable shelves, but an optional bun rack for 18′′ by 26′′ sheet pans or 12′′ by 20′′ hotel pans will fit inside the hollow as well.
