A large, ecologically friendly (134A) forced-air refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33°F and 38°F (.5°C and 3.3°C). The cabinet top is made of one piece of stainless steel that has been strengthened. Spills are protected by a drip-resistant "V" edge. Supports a maximum weight of 717 pounds (326 kg). The front, top, and sides are all made of stainless steel. The back is finished in the same aluminum as the front. Three (3) full size 12"L x 20"W x 4"D (305 mm x 508 mm x 102 mm) food pans fit in each drawer (sold separately). Drawer slides and rollers are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. Easy to clean because it can be removed without the use of any tools. Ecomate was used to foam in place. Insulation is made of high-density polyurethane with no ozone depletion potential (ODP) and no global warming potential (GWP).
