Its top rail is equipped with two lift-up lids to maintain a food-safe temperature of pan rail, and accommodates up to (9) 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep(sold separately) which are great for holding different types of pizza toppings. This refrigerated prep table comes with a full-length cutting board with 19 7/16" deep to provide a place for slicing ingredients.Thanks to its refrigerated part which comes with one(2) epoxy-coated shelf to provide a great space for storing backup ingredients. Its eco-friendly R290 refrigerant has zero(0) ozone depletion potential(ODP) and three(3) global warming potential(GWP),and maintains temperature between 33º F and 40º F .
